We’re looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming and related manufacturing equipment.
- Load and unload materials, tooling, molds, and finished parts as required.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and part specifications.
- Inspect parts during production to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
- Identify defects or production issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member.
- Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Meet established quality and production standards.
- Previous manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to identify and report machine, material, or product issues.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures.
