Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications NIHSS. Willing to obtain allowed for NIHSS.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical in last 3 years.
• EMR Meditech
• Skills Assessment MES skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations I have never worked as a permanent employee of Logan Health
• Additional Confirmations Experience with epidural/PCA/medication management, drain/ostomies management, chest tubes, wound care, general post-surgical recovery, and post-op ortho is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in bedside shift report and hourly rounding is required.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
