Job Summary - As a Line Cook member, you'll be the heart of the restaurant. You'll create delicious meals for customers both dayparts- lunch and dinner—while maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and cleanliness. You'll work closely with other staff members to create meals, use equipment, prep food, and put a smile on someone's face as they enjoy their next meal.

Key Responsibilities - Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before and after each shift - Work checks as food orders come in- Operate different pieces of equipment depending on which line you are operating- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your stations- the line, prep areas, and dish area- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times - Assist with prep work and inventory rotation (FIFO)- Taking trash down to the compactor at the end of the shift - Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive customer service environment- Adapt to changing menus, specials, and seasonal offerings

Qualifications - Previous experience is required- at least 6+ months - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Familiarity with the menu items and able to answer questions- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
