Success in this role requires strong people leadership, experience with AI adoption, executive presence, and a demonstrated track record of driving results through others in complex environments.The ideal candidate combines change management, AI adoption, strategic leadership and platform operational discipline. The leader must bring urgency, discipline, and a strong bias for action to move the organization from discussion to decision, and from decision to results.The role combines Production Services, Platform Support, Site Reliability Engineering, Vulnerability Management, Automation, and Agentic AI to build the future support model for the bank.
