Description:
- Full spectrum primary care-work with all age groups, including pediatrics patients
- Developing your interests-the chance to build a vibrant patient base, with outpatient procedures that interest you
- Flexible schedule for work life balance – with built in administrative time
- Excellent location close to OhioHealth Van Wert Hospital (Multi-Service Care Site)
- Multidisciplinary setting --dedicated office staff, including Advanced Practice Provider, Practice Manager, LPN Supervisor, and clinical support
