We're urgently expanding to fuel our explosive growth and we're ready to kickstart YOUR journey as early as Monday! COMPENSATION: AM Shift (6:45 am - 2:00 pm): Starting at $19.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus! PM Shift (1:45 pm -- 9:00 pm): Starting at $21.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus! ROLE:- Place outbound calls to homeowners (no cold calling - all leads are provided).
- Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and answer basic questions.
- Clearly explain the benefits of a free in-home inspection.
- Schedule inspection appointments at times convenient for the homeowner.
- Document all interactions and update scheduling systems accurately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
