This role involves performing routine clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office and reception operations in support of (including but not limited to) homeschool and regional cooperative summer school. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn and grow in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process data to update records and documents
- Type and prepare forms, reports, correspondence, and other materials
- Serve as a receptionist and provide basic information to visitors or callers
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
- Assist with recordkeeping, including tracking and updating information
- Operate standard office equipment (copiers, calculators, etc.)
- Perform other clerical duties as needed
