Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Mechanic in Madisonville, KY. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range depends on experience.

Position Summary:
Maximize production time by improving reliability of production equipment. Provide support to production personnel in order to enhance understanding of and greater responsibility for their equipment. Coordinate and assist with equipment installation and startup. 

Job Highlights:
Pay:  $19-25 per hour
Shift: 2nd shift; 3pm-11pm; M-F
Overtime may be available
Benefits available after 90 days

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete PM’s in a timely manner and per equipment manufacturer’s instructions
• Conduct tests and analysis on machines and machine parts to determine cause of breakdown
• Perform repairs on electric motors, pumps, blowers/fans and gearboxes
• Plan and implement corrective action 
• Assist in purchase of maintenance supplies and equipment parts as required
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations
• Follow work orders for preventive maintenance and repairs

Experience Needed:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience maintaining and performing mechanical machine repairs
• Ability to work on-call on weekends, if needed
• Machining & welding capabilities preferred
