Job Description
Matrix Home Care is actively seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist a patient in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Zip Code 33418).

Schedule:
•Monday through Friday
•9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate:
•$17-18 per hour

Patient Needs:
•Assistance with walker and wheelchair mobility
•Support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
•Light personal care assistance
•Small dog in the home

Responsibilities:
•Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
•Provide mobility and transfer assistance
•Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
•Provide compassionate companionship and support
•Observe and report any patient condition changes to clinical staff

Requirements

Qualifications:
•Active HHA certificate or CNA license preferred
•Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
•Reliable transportation
•Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
