Key Responsibilities\nAs an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and formulating personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practice modalities. \n
- Delivering a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient circumstances and preferences. \n
- Maintaining complete and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. \n
- Engaging in collaborative treatment planning by partnering with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for patients. \n
- Participating actively in case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously enhance the quality of services provided. \n
- Educating patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making. \n
- Staying up to date with advancements in mental health practices and research, incorporating relevant findings into your clinical approach. \n
- Managing a complete caseload effectively, ensuring timely progress towards treatment goals while following ethical guidelines established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). \n
The LCSW role is vital in addressing the emotional and psychological needs of patients facing terminal illnesses, along with their families. - A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution. \n
