This opportunity—based near Topsham, ME—offers the chance to work a full 37.5-hour week for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Deliver impactful services in an educational setting, collaborate with dedicated teams, and support a diverse range of student needs.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current SLP-CCC certification (Clinical Fellowship or SLPAs not considered)
- Experience working in schools preferred, particularly with K-12 populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement therapy in both individual and group formats
- Familiarity with special education compliance and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students across diverse backgrounds and needs
- Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ educational goals
- Collaborate closely with educators and family systems for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges
