Join a high-acuity Trauma Neuro Surgical ICU caring for critically ill trauma, neuro, and medical ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.

‍⚕️ Patient Ratio: 1:1–1:4 (acuity-based)
️ Epic EMR

✅ Requirements

3+ years of ICU/Critical Care experience
Active IN RN License
BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required
Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
Experience with ventilators, CRRT, BiPAP, chest tubes, and critical care drips
TNCC or TCAR preferred
