Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility)
- Experience with psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral interventions, and counseling preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to different school cultures and work independently
- Previous experience in school settings is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral strengths and needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student interventions and support plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Consult with teachers and parents to support positive student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation according to regulations
