Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required License: Active RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Must have a vehicle for this assignment - Must float between units as needed Description: This position requires a Cardiac Cath Lab RN. The candidate will be floating between units based on needs. On-call coverage is required on weekdays and weekends. Weekend shifts are not required. Block scheduling is not required. The expected patient ratio is 1:1. Candidates must have previous Cath Lab experience. A vehicle is necessary for this assignment. Travelers may be assigned to different units based on their skills. Additional compensation is provided for certain floating assignments. The hospital has a total of 536 staff beds and operates as a short-term acute care facility. Charting is done using the Epic system. Daily census in the Cath Lab is approximately 21 patients. The unit supports adult and geriatric patient populations. All travelers should prepare to work holidays, with three out of five holidays required. References are required covering the last year of experience.
