Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aviata Health Group in Englewood, Florida. As a CNA, you will deliver direct care to residents and patients, prioritizing their wellbeing and ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities: Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility Aiding in daily tasks, such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition and status Conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents Assisting in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean up Companionship and conversation Other duties as assigned Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age Florida CNA license Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation What We Offer our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Competitive pay rate Daily Pay option On-the-spot walk-in interviews Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Perfect Punch Program, featuring a $225 bi-weekly bonus Shift differentials for M-F after 2:30 p.m. and all shifts on the weekend 401(k) with a match Access to online learning 24/7 Health insurance for the entire family 12-hour shifts with 4 days off And more!
