Titan Factory Direct is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate and manage all post-sale service operations for two of our retail locations: Elmendorf and San Antonio Clearance Center. This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring service requests are handled efficiently, contractors stay on schedule, and homeowners receive timely communication throughout the service process.

What You'll Do

As the Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service activities after the home sale.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle all incoming customer service requests for two Titan Factory Direct sales centers: Elmendorf and San Antonio Clearance Center

• Communicate daily with contractors regarding scheduling, work orders, and service completion

• Review home walk-through reports and order warranty and replacement parts

• Track parts deliveries and coordinate service appointments with contractors

• Communicate with manufacturers regarding warranty claims, parts, and service issues

• Manage and maintain inventory in the parts depot

• Keep customers informed throughout the service process and provide regular updates

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Prioritize multiple service requests while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Customer service or service coordination experience preferred

• Experience scheduling contractors, service technicians, or vendors is a plus

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred

• Experience in manufactured housing, construction, warranty service, or homebuilding is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary of approximately $50,000 annually

• Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
