Family Care Coordinator - Donor Liaison (24/7)

LifeLink Foundation in Columbus area is seeking a Family Care Coordinator to support donor families and hospital staff. You will coordinate referrals, assess suitability, obtain consent, and guide families through the donation process, with on-call rotations around the clock. The role requires at least two years in a related medical or social services field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
