As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee plant maintenance teams while supporting the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities across the facility. You'll play a key role in improving productivity, coordinating resources, and driving ENTEK's transition from reactive to proactive maintenance practices.In this role, you will:Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across assigned operational areasReview maintenance work orders and determine the most effective execution plansCoordinate labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits, and resources required for maintenance workWork closely with the Maintenance Planner, Ancillary Manager, and Production teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance activitiesDevelop integrated maintenance schedules for preventive maintenance and non-emergency repair workEnsure safety requirements are incorporated into all maintenance planning and execution activitiesMonitor maintenance work completion and ensure accurate documentation of completed work ordersConduct post-job reviews and identify opportunities to improve maintenance programs and equipment reliabilityMaintain organized maintenance records, job packages, and planning systemsSupport continuous training and development of maintenance techniciansPromote Lean manufacturing practices including Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain safe operations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standardsRepresent ENTEK professionally when interacting with suppliers, contractors, and internal teamsWe're seeking a technically skilled and hands-on maintenance leader with strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities in an industrial manufacturing environment. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field with five (5) or more years of experienceOR equivalent combination of education, technical experience, and supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning processesStrong understanding of OSHA safety practices and maintenance proceduresStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to make independent decisions and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to proactively troubleshoot and resolve equipment issuesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagramsPreferred Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in a high-volume maintenance environmentExperience supporting industrial manufacturing or process operationsStrong understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and pipefitting systemsExperience supporting preventive maintenance and reliability improvement initiativesYour Work Schedule:This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift.
