SHIFT MANAGER - LEAD A WINNING CULTURE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
•Lead the shift with energy, urgency, and a strong guest-first mindset - including a genuine "Welcome to Burger King!"
•Position the team for success, assign clear roles, and keep the restaurant moving during peak periods.
•Protect food safety, product quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, and Burger King brand standards throughout the shift.
•Coach crew members in the moment, recognize strong performance, and correct missed standards quickly and respectfully.
•Manage speed of service, deployment, breaks, and labor awareness while protecting the guest experience.
•Handle guest concerns professionally, recover the experience, and escalate issues when needed.
•Complete shift responsibilities including cash handling, deposits or safe procedures as assigned, inventory/counts, opening or closing tasks, and required documentation accurately and on time.
