Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

Lemond Nutrition is seeking a passionate, clinical Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team in Plano, Texas. This is a dynamic hybrid role combining both in-person and virtual care. You will work closely with our Lead Dietitian, owners, and administrative team to deliver the highest quality medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and wellness counseling. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care: Develop and implement evidence-based MNT and nutrition services using company-established standards of care and practice protocols. Documentation & Compliance: Complete patient assessments/reassessments, ensuring timely communication with referring physicians. What We Are Looking For: - Experience & Clinical Focus Clinical Population: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with clinical pediatric needs is required. Specialized Areas: Experience with pediatric eating disorders (ED) is a major plus. Counseling Philosophy: Proven expertise in handling the behavioral aspects of eating. Ability to exemplify wellness using a non-diet, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach for patients coming in with various food and nutrition goals. Preferred Credentials: Advanced certifications or degrees (such as CSP, CEDS, M.A. in Counseling, or LPC) are highly valued but not required. - Core Qualifications Credentials: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Active Licensed Dietitian (LD) status. Must maintain active professional liability insurance and keep professional portfolios/CEUs current. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, or a related area from a U.S. regionally accredited ACEND-approved program. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for 1-on-1 counseling and group/medical partner settings. Proficiency in nutrient analysis, word processing, and spreadsheet software. Languages: English proficiency is required; bilingual skills are a plus.
