Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care to children and adolescents aged 6–18 on an inpatient Adolescent Behavioral Health unit
- Administer medications and provide patient and family education
- Document patient care daily and maintain accurate unit records
- Monitor and manage behaviors; participate in and lead education groups
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate with patients’ families and other providers
- May float to Chemical Dependency/Detox as needed

Requirements
- License: Valid State of Maine RN license required
- Certifications: BLS certification required
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience: 1–3 years nursing experience; adults preferred; at least 1 year required
- Additional: CPI trained; ability to work in an inpatient adolescent behavioral health setting; able to float to Chemical Dependency/Detox; no licensure or background hits
