As a Restoration Technician, you're the person on-site making a bad day better — extracting water, setting equipment, and getting people back to normal. No restoration experience? That's fine. We'll train you. We're hiring for work ethic and attitude — the technical skills we can teach. What you'll do Respond to water, fire, smoke, and mold jobs and start mitigation to IICRC standards Set and monitor drying equipment, and keep our gear clean, stocked, and ready to roll Walk customers through the scope of work and handle the paperwork that goes with it Cross-train into related skills as you grow What we're looking for A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs and be on your feet Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving day Solid communication with customers and teammates Basic computer skills The real deal This is physical, hands-on work.
