Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Clinical Nurse II in the Cardiology Clinic to deliver family-centered care and coordinate pediatric cardiac referrals. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality, timely patient access and seamless transitions for referrals from referring cardiologists.
