Position Details

• Leadership role overseeing the Central Maine Healthcare Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Responsible for clinical, administrative, and educational components of the residency program.
• Family Medicine (Board Certified required).
• Ensure compliance with ACGME, ABFM, and institutional policies and regulations.
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.
• Provide direct clinical supervision, mentorship, and formal evaluations of residents.
• Lead recruitment and development of residents and core faculty members.
• Provide direct patient care while modeling clinical excellence and ethical standards.
• Active, unrestricted Maine medical license and valid DEA required.
