Description: Data collection is scheduled for January 7, 2026. The unit comprises 20 beds. Day shift staff includes 1 charge nurse and 10 RNs, with no support staff. Night shift staff consists of 1 charge nurse and 10 RNs, with no support staff. Patient ratios are 2:1, with a low acuity of 3:1. Equipment utilized includes Baxter Pumps and Expanse EMR. Typical procedures performed in the unit include intubation, central lines, endoscopy, tracheostomy, and chest tubes. The ideal candidate is a team player, flexible, and has a positive attitude.
