All Shifts Needed: Days, Evenings and Overnights Back up and Consistency! We will need multiple people to help cover, but we want CONSISTENCY throughout. Rotating the same persons for care. Clients generally need transfer assistance, housework, and some errands. Good organizational skills and attention to detail is a MUST.

A successful Qualicare KC Care Assistant will be an experienced person in life as a caregiver either professionally or personally to family and who is capable of working independently, while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor, with hopefully some room for laughs.

Responsibilities:

- Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
- Show up on TIME!

- Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs etc.

- Meal Preparation

- Light Housekeeping

- Accompany clients on outings

- Shopping and errands

- Medication Assist/Reminders

- Ambulation and transporting of clients

- Provide companionship to clients

- Ability to follow care-plan

- Documentation/Charting

Requirements:

- Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally

- Must be 18 years or older

- Must hold a valid Driver's License

- Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
