About the Opportunity Brightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Producer on behalf of an independently owned agency in Ponte Vedra, FL. This is a full-time sales role with access to Brightway's national carrier network, agency support infrastructure, and the opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with uncapped earning potential. What You'll Do Sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life) to new and existing customers Manage your pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency Consult with customers to identify the right coverage for their needs Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment What We're Looking For Active P&C insurance license or willing to obtain license 1+ Years of experience in Sales, preferred Strong communication skills, detail oriented and a consultative approach to selling Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Why Brightway?
