Minimum Base Service pay starts at $22/hour with substantial additional commissions of up to $80 per service appointment plus Tips. Hand & Stone in Rancho Santa Margarita is hiring for both Part-time and Full-time positions. We need experienced LEs that can provide the highest caliber of service in support of our growing line of skin care products and services including LED, Peels, Microdermabrasion, a variety of customized facials, hair removal, NuFace micro-current, Dermalinfusion and our newest, award winning IMAGE treatments. Position Responsibilities:
- Perform consecutive 50-minute facials, hair removal and variety of other skin care services
- Make appropriate recommendations on service upgrades and product purchases as well as facial frequency
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Steady client base
- Free Advanced Training by Image, Dermologica and Clarity and on Dermalinfusion, micro-current, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED and waxing
- Sick Pay and Sit Time Pay
- Continuing professional education by Hand & Stone's "EXPERT LE Certification Program"
- Must have valid CA Esthetician License
- Required to work weekends and some days or nights
- Previous waxing experience a plus!
