Location:  Addison, TX (75001) 100% onsite

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 / Hourly

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing incoming calls, handling general inquiries, and providing high-quality support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Document all customer interactions clearly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Proficient in basic computer skills

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• Employment Type: Open-ended contract
• Work Environment: 100% onsite in Downtown Dallas
