Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery
• Location: Oklahoma City
• Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS, C-EFM, NRP certifications; Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing; Oklahoma nursing license or eligible to obtain; 2+ years of labor experience in a hospital delivering 350-400 patients monthly.
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS, PALS certifications.
• Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to women in labor and postpartum, monitor fetal and maternal health using electronic fetal monitoring, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications before submitting their application.
• Additional Information: May be required to float to postpartum unit. The unit has 15 labor beds, 7 antepartum beds, and 4 pre/postpartum beds, with patient ratios estimated at 1:1 or 2:1. The unit uses EPIC electronic medical records and external fetal monitoring technology.
