Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As our General Adult Psychiatrist you will join our dynamic Psychiatric Associates team providing outpatient care in the Council Bluffs, IA area. Here you will join a team of psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, psychologists, licensed social workers and patient care navigators. Whether you are looking for inpatient or outpatient practice models, the CHI Health network has the flexibility to fit your career goals. In this role you would have a consistent Monday - Friday schedule, with the flexibility to pursue a hybrid practice balancing inpatient and outpatient care, if desired. Your core focus would be providing tailored, personal, and coordinated treatment to patients experiencing a wide array of mental and behavioral conditions. Beyond direct patient care, you would engage in minor academic activities. You would be supported by a robust leadership team committed to professional growth and longevity, this role offers a stable and rewarding environment for a psychiatrist to thrive. Success in this role is measured through a combination of your productivity, evidence in meeting clinical benchmarks, and effectively collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
