Associate Attorney

Position Overview A growing litigation practice is seeking a Civil & Commercial Litigation Associate to join its team in Las Vegas. The role involves handling a broad range of complex litigation matters with significant responsibility from early stages through resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of civil and commercial litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs Conduct depositions and assist in witness preparation Handle court appearances, hearings, and case management conferences Manage written discovery and e-discovery processes Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Support trial preparation and assist at trial as needed Ideal Candidate Profile 1–7 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and motion practice skills Deposition and court experience preferred Ability to manage multiple cases independently with supervision Active Nevada Bar membership (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in insurance defense, business litigation, or general liability is a plus What’s Offered Exposure to complex civil and commercial disputes Strong courtroom and deposition experience opportunities Direct client interaction and case ownership Competitive compensation structure Collaborative and growth-oriented litigation team #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacer Group
