Panel Wirer & Electrical Assembly Technician

Hiring in Lexington & Natural Bridge | Multiple Shifts | $24.23–$25.73/hr

If you have experience with wiring, electrical assembly, or hands‑on mechanical work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable manufacturing team. You’ll assemble and wire control panels and electrical units used in production equipment.

• Fri–Sun, 6am–6pm — Paid for 40 hrs: $24.23/hr
• Fri–Sun, 6pm–6am — Paid for 40 hrs: $24.23/hr
• Mon–Fri, 3pm–11pm — $25.23/hr
• Mon–Fri, 11pm–7:30am — $25.73/hr

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform point‑to‑point wiring and install components (breakers, relays, power supplies, PLCs)
• Route, label, and secure wiring neatly to meet quality and safety standards
• Conduct functional testing and quality checks before final installation
• Troubleshoot wiring or component issues to ensure proper operation

• 1+ year of panel wiring, electrical assembly, or related experience
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and electrical measuring devices
• Understanding of wiring standards, electrical codes, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and precision in your work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Iron Gate, VA 24448.

The pay range for this position is $25.23 - $25.73/hr.
