What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team
Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top talent
Creating a positive and engaging team culture
Driving sales performance and delivering store goals
Leading by example to provide exceptional customer experiences
Supporting daily store operations, inventory management, and merchandising
Maintaining high visual presentation standards
Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and operational compliance

Previous retail leadership experience
A passion for developing people and building strong teams
Experience recruiting, hiring, or onboarding team members
Strong communication and coaching skills
A customer-first mindset
A positive, hands-on approach to leadership
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
