Brand Marketing Manager

We are partnering with a fast-growing division of a privately owned company in the craft and creative products industry to identify a Brand Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a highly visible role for someone with a creative, entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building relationships, developing programs, and helping grow a brand within the craft, embroidery, sewing, and hobby markets.
This position is a unique blend of sales and marketing, supporting B2B customers, distributors, and commercial partners while helping drive new product and program development initiatives. In this role, some travel is required for trade shows and customer visits. This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing divisions within the company

You will:

• Help build and grow the brand within the embroidery, sewing, craft, and hobby markets
• Support B2B sales efforts through strategic marketing initiatives and customer programs
• Identify new market opportunities and help expand distribution channels
• Develop and launch new products and customer-focused programs
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, operations, and marketing teams
• Build strong relationships with embroiderers, distributors, commercial customers, and industry partners
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
• Help create engaging marketing content, promotions, and brand strategies

Requirments:

• Creative, artsy, and relationship-driven personality
• Background in sales, marketing, brand management, or business development
• Experience within craft, sewing, embroidery, quilting, hobby, textile, or related industries is highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping grow a business and brand
