As a Massage Therapist, you'll provide personalized spa and wellness treatments while delivering exceptional hospitality and creating a calm, elevated experience for every guest.This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about wellness, guest care, and helping others feel their best in a luxury hospitality environment.If you're skilled, compassionate, and passionate about hospitality and wellness—we'd love to meet you.What You'll Be DoingProvide professional massage therapy services and wellness treatments according to spa, wellness, and hospitality standards.Deliver personalized guest experiences by assessing guest preferences, wellness goals, and treatment needs professionally and thoughtfully.Maintain strong knowledge of massage techniques, spa treatments, wellness services, and hospitality guest experience standards.Create a calm, welcoming, and relaxing environment throughout all guest interactions and treatment experiences.Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards across treatment rooms, equipment, linens, tools, and spa areas.Follow sanitation procedures, licensing requirements, safety standards, and spa operational policies at all times.Support retail sales initiatives by recommending wellness products, spa treatments, and guest care enhancements as appropriate.Maintain accurate appointment schedules, guest treatment records, and operational documentation as required.Coordinate closely with Spa Reception, Spa Attendants, wellness teams, and hotel leadership to support seamless spa operations and guest satisfaction.Assist with spa events, wellness programming, bridal parties, resort activations, and special guest experiences as needed.Help foster a calm, welcoming, and guest-focused atmosphere aligned with Sonesta's People People philosophy.Any other duties as assigned.What Great Looks LikePrevious massage therapy, spa, wellness, luxury hospitality, or resort experience preferred.Valid state massage therapy license required where applicable.Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques, wellness treatments, anatomy, sanitation standards, and spa best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills with a polished and professional presence.Ability to create relaxing, personalized, and elevated guest experiences.Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, presentation, wellness, and service quality.Knowledge of spa products, wellness services, retail sales, and hospitality service standards preferred.Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced spa or hospitality environment.Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and resort operational support as needed.A passion for hospitality, wellness, guest engagement, and creating memorable spa experiences.Anticipated Pay Range & Additional Job InformationHow We Reward YouAt Sonesta, we know showing up for our guests starts with showing up for our people.
