Scientist - Analytical Development, Regeneron Cell Medicines (RCM)

Scientist, RCM Analytical Development What You’ll Do Advance analytical development for cell therapy programs, primarily lentiviral vectors (LVVs) Strengthen existing and establish new biophysical methods to characterize LVVs Analyze, interpret, and clearly present complex datasets to technical and cross-functional audiences Partner with cross-functional teams across RCM to troubleshoot, align on priorities, and support program execution Author and review technical documentation (assay protocols, method development reports, data summaries) Maintain complete, timely, compliant electronic lab notebook records; support instrument upkeep; independently troubleshoot equipment and assays Must-haves BS/MS in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field; 6–8+ years’ experience characterizing and quantitatively analyzing lentiviral vectors Ability to work independently to design experiments and interpret, document, and communicate results Self-motivated, proactive, able to prioritize and drive work with minimal supervision Preferred / Nice-to-haves Experience with particle sizing/counting biophysical techniques (e.g., DLS, MRPS, fluorescent labeling assays) Knowledge of viral vector biology, design, process, and gene delivery mechanisms Benefits (if part of job description) Student Loan Paydown program & Tuition Reimbursement; Family Care Benefits; Relocation Assistance; Inclusion, Culture and Well-Being programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
