Eye Care Practice Manager Leader & Coach

AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager to lead and develop the on-site team, deliver outstanding patient care, and drive business results. You will manage daily operations, staff performance, and service standards in a fast-paced optical clinic setting. You will partner with the Optometrist to optimize exam flow, implement new services, and ensure a patient-centered, high-performing environment.
