Golf Instructor/Film editor

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Golf Instructor/Film Editor role based at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Golf Instructor will provide individual and group golf instruction, conduct on‑course coaching sessions, and create tailored training plans for players of varying skill levels. The role includes using video and technology‑based tools to analyze golf swings, providing clear feedback, and tracking progress over time. As a Film Editor, the individual will capture, edit, and produce high‑quality video content for lessons, clinics, marketing materials, and member communications. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include scheduling lessons, maintaining equipment, collaborating with golf operations and marketing teams, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for all members and guests. Qualifications Demonstrated experience providing golf instruction, including swing analysis, short‑game coaching, and on‑course strategy for players at different levels. Proficiency with video capture tools and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) to produce clear, engaging instructional and promotional content. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms and create an encouraging learning environment. Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle lesson scheduling, video project timelines, and coordination with club departments. Familiarity with golf technology platforms (e.g., launch monitors, swing analysis apps) and comfort learning new digital tools. Ability to work on‑site in Frisco, TX, including evenings and weekends as needed for member programming and events, with some remote editing work as appropriate. Experience creating content for social media or digital marketing channels is beneficial.
