About Strut Daddy's

Strut Daddy's is seeking an experienced, performance-driven Automotive Service Advisor to join its team in Roxboro, NC. This role is for an advisor who creates opportunities, follows up consistently, builds customer trust, and takes ownership of results.

At least 5 years of automotive repair industry experience is required , along with the ability to manage customer relationships, estimates, service recommendations, and sales in a fast-paced independent repair shop.

The position offers $80,000–$100,000+ in annual earning potential through a base salary plus bonus opportunities, along with 100% employee health insurance coverage, paid holidays, paid training, and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer appointments and guide customers through the automotive repair process
• Prepare and present service estimates clearly, professionally, and confidently
• Educate customers about recommended vehicle maintenance and repairs so they can make informed service decisions
• Build customer trust, handle objections professionally, and communicate with confidence throughout the service process
• Work toward a goal of writing and selling $100,000+ in automotive services per month
• Follow up consistently and persistently, including when others might give up
• Track performance against established goals, take ownership of results, and adjust your approach based on coaching
• Collaborate with the shop team to maintain an efficient, high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair industry experience required
• Strong automotive service sales and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate vehicle service and repair recommendations clearly and confidently
• Ability to manage appointments, estimates, customer follow-up, and multiple priorities
• Demonstrated professionalism, personal accountability, and consistent follow-through
• Comfortable working in a performance-focused environment with clear goals, coaching, and measurable expectations
• Dealership experience is welcome for candidates prepared to work in an independent repair shop environment
