This is not a job where your earning potential is capped just because you're on the clock. Our technicians are paid based on performance and production. As you become faster, more skilled, and capable of completing more work at a high level, your earning potential increases with you. Most workdays are Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 AM-3:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. No window cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training. Your responsibilities may include: Cleaning interior and exterior windows at homes, storefronts, offices, and commercial properties Using professional window cleaning equipment, including traditional tools and water-fed pole systems Working safely from ladders and around residential and commercial properties Cleaning screens and other window components Performing additional services such as gutter cleaning, surface/power washing, awning cleaning, high dusting, and other specialty cleaning Following daily routes and completing scheduled work efficiently Performing quality-control checks before leaving each job Communicating professionally with customers Protecting customers' homes, businesses, landscaping, and property Maintaining clean and organized equipment Representing Fish Window Cleaning professionally at every job Who We’re Looking For You don't need window cleaning experience.
