Class A Truck Driver - Paid Mentorship - $1200-$1700 Weekly

$1,200 - $1,700 per week

NIS Express Inc

Commercial Transportation Operator

Take the stress out of entering the commercial transportation industry with a company that protects your lifestyle. Our paid professional adaptation program is specifically engineered to support newly licensed Class A operators. We combine practical, regional on-the-road training with reliable weekly revenue from your very first day. Build a profitable, long-term career without sacrificing your weekends or your time with family.

Phases of Pay and Revenue Growth

We offer a transparent financial structure so you always know what is hitting your bank account:

Onboarding Phase: Gain financial peace of mind with a flat-rate training pay of $650 per week (weeks 16).
Next 90 Days: Take home a guaranteed minimum payout of $1,000 weekly based on a $0.56 per mile rate during your first quarter solo.
Full Solo Scale: Boost your mileage rate to $0.56$0.64 per mile beyond the initial three months, clearing $1,200 to $1,700 gross weekly.

Mentorship Curriculum

Our program pairs you with an experienced driver trainer on standard regional lanes. You will step into individual solo driving status the moment your mentor verifies your complete operational readiness. Through daily road operations, you will master equipment maneuvers, electronic logs, required DVIR checks, and corporate dispatch communication protocols.

Driver Perks and Fleet Environment

Family Time: Count on reliable weekly scheduling that ensures you spend time at home with family every single week.
Stability: Protect your paycheck from seasonal fluctuations by hauling stable, year-round regional dry van cargo.
Safety First: Stay safe using modern, highly secure, and technically sound equipment meeting all DOT safety standards.
24/7 Dispatch: Benefit from full access to driver-focused logistical support for safety and assistance while out on the road.

Selection Criteria

Possession of a valid Class A CDL credential.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Provided certificate verifying a minimum of 120 hours at a registered CDL training facility.
Satisfactory MVR report regarding past traffic and road behavior.
Mandatory negative pre-employment substance test and a current DOT medical card.

If you want a carrier that values your home time and guarantees your check, make your move. Choose the "Apply" option to send over your background details today.
