Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet operational goals. Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance performance. Handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Maintain accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and employee attendance. Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
