Responsibilities * Assist experienced agents in delivering top-notch service. * Address client inquiries and concerns promptly. * Collaborate with agents to perform comprehensive policy reviews. * Help inform clients about available insurance options and their benefits. * Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork. * Training and Skill Development * Continuously expand your insurance knowledge and sales expertise. Requirements * A Property Casualty insurance license is preferred, willing to train and licensing assistance available * A Life Health Insurance license is preferred, willing to train and licensing assistance available * Strong work ethic and leadership skills. * Strong communication skills, both oral and written. * Driven and goal-oriented individual. * Be capable of handling customer rejection.
