System Support Specialist

accel bi corporation is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity focused on designing, building, and optimizing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ITSM modules, workflow automation, and reporting. This role will focus on building scalable solutions, improving operational efficiency, and developing dashboards and analytics to support enterprise IT operations. The ideal candidate has experience working with ServiceNow ITSM modules , developing workflows, and creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform Build and maintain workflows, forms, catalog items, and automation Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics Configure and support ITSM modules including: Request Management Change Management Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and reporting Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance analytics Hands-on experience with: Flow Designer Business Rules Client Scripts Ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions Experience in healthcare IT or large enterprise environments preferred Required Certification Must hold a valid and active: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Important Employment Requirements (Please Read Carefully) Employment Type: W2 with accel bi corporation accel bi corporation does not sponsor H1B visas or any employment-based visas Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization Proof of work authorization is required Must have relevant U.S. work experience This is a 100% remote role This is a full-time, direct employment opportunity Submission Requirements Candidates must provide: Updated resume in Word format Three professional references, including: Name Title Company Contact Information Note: Only candidates who meet all requirements will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
