• Clearly explain program structure, learning pathways, and expectations
• Support individuals through informed, thoughtful decision-making
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Use digital and AI-assisted tools to support operations and communication
• Manage your own schedule, workflow, and follow-up activities
