Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. The ideal person possesses strong problem-solving skills and provides professional advice and solutions that align with, and support, the organization’s broader goals.Key Responsibilities This person will develop and execute visual communication systems, brand identities, digital experiences, and creative assets across marketing, advertising, social, experiential, and digital platforms.Applies principles of visual design, typography, product design, layout, interaction, and user experience to create cohesive and engaging brand experiences aligned to strategic and business objectives.Collaborates with creative, strategy, technology, production, and client teams to deliver scalable design solutions that enhance usability, storytelling, audience engagement, and brand consistency across evolving media and customer experience ecosystems.QualificationsPowerPoint expertise is an absolute must for this role8-10+ years of experience in brand, graphic, or experience designProficiency across Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus)Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual storytellingExperience working across multiple media formatsHigh attention to detail and comfort working at speedAdditional ConsiderationsOccasional travel and weekend work may be requiredTime in lieu is provided for work performed outside the standard workweek $85k -$110kOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
