Corporate Staff Accountant

What You’ll Do Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Prepare general ledger reconciliations and assist with quarterly and annual reporting. Support tax workpapers, audits, and other compliance activities. Partner with departments across the business to provide accounting support. Participate in process improvement initiatives, including leveraging AI productivity tools to improve efficiency. Rotate through various accounting responsibilities to build a well‑rounded technical foundation. What They’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting (strong academic record required). 1-2 years of accounting experience. CPA eligible, pursuing, or already licensed. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Detail‑oriented with the ability to review and validate your own work. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service–oriented mindset.
