Draft, review, and argue motions. Conduct depositions and interviews with witnesses and experts. Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies that align with their business objectives. Participate actively in settlement negotiations. Research and analyze legal precedents. Mentor junior attorneys and support staff. Qualifications 2–6 years of litigation experience; construction and casualty cases preferred but not required. Ability to lead and manage cases from inception to resolution. Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and arguing motions effectively. Experience conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses and experts. Ability to collaborate with clients on strategy. Experience in settlement negotiations. Strong research and analytical skills.
