Description

• Assess and evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Guide patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and prescribed home exercises.

• Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to provide coordinated care.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized accredited program.

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Preferred CPR certification.
• Additional specialized certifications (for instance, neurological or geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory.
